Homeowners Associations

During 1997, we began servicing the public accounting needs of Common Interest Realty Associations (Condominium and Homeowners Associations). We now have two decades of experience in this specialized industry and have grown a reputation of expertise in the field providing quality work for our clients.

Since embarking on this business, we have invested considerable resources in developing an expertise in the industry. Over the past several years, Todd Luft has been on the CAI Gold Star Committee, presented at seminars of CAI and has even been recognized by the Pennsylvania State Legislature for work done in preserving the tax-free nature of CIRAs with regards to Pennsylvania income.

Currently, we are engaged by over two hundred (200) homeowner and condominium associations all within the Southeastern Pennsylvania area. Our engagements include audits, reviews, compilations, tax returns, and each year several Agreed-Upon-Procedures for developer transitions.

We have successfully passed our Peer Review Examinations with an “Unqualified Passing.”
