Luft is the founder and President of Luft & Company. Todd started the firm in 1990 following a career in private industry that included –
- Kulicke & Soffa Industries – Several positions including Credit & Collections, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Analyst and finally Domestic Controller overseeing all aspects of the company’s United States accounting operations.
- Charter Power Systems – Todd joined this company as their Corporate Controller and finalized the accounting aspects of a leveraged buyout from Allied Signal before overseeing the Initial Public Offering taking the company public as a stand-alone entity.
- Nutri/System – Joined the company as the Joint Venture Controller overseeing joint ventures throughout the United States and Canada, then becoming International Controller as the company expanded internationally to England and Australia.
Todd brings this experience with him to Luft & Company, along with his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Finance, both from Temple University.
